Newsletter, then the class chats.
The link in Sunday's newsletter, then a room parent drops it in each class group chat Monday morning. That's most of the goal.

Add a tip line for the people who just want to give.
Turn on donations. A lot of grandparents don't need a jar; they need a button.

A case for the book fair table.
Bulk pricing on a case, sold beside the books. The margin on the case is yours entirely.
How do we report it to the board?
The dashboard shows jars sold, money raised (broken into your share, the add-on and tips), supporters and payouts. Export the supporter list and the ledger as CSV any time.
Do we need to be a registered nonprofit?
No. Any group with a bank account can run one. Stripe verifies the person who connects the account the way it does for any small business; a 501(c)(3) letter isn't required.
When does the money arrive?
Sales clear after the refund window, then pay out to your group's bank through Stripe — automatically when you end the fundraiser, or sooner if you ask. Your dashboard shows what's cleared and what's still on hold.
What does it cost us to start?
Nothing. No setup fee, no minimum order, nothing to buy up front. Supporters pay for their jars and your group gets its share.
