Why
This Is the Whole Mission Statement.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.
We're Christians. That's not a footnote on this page, it's the reason there's a page at all. Crunch Club exists to give glory to the Lord Jesus Christ and to take good care of the people He puts in front of us. It happens to do that with almonds and dark chocolate.
We didn't set out to build a ministry with a snack problem. We set out to build a snack company, and then asked the only question that matters about anything we make: who does this serve, and does it honor Him? If the answer's yes, we weigh it out and put your name on the lid.
So the tenth comes off the top before we pay ourselves. The people who work the long shifts get the deep discount. The creator whose jar you remixed still gets her cut. None of that is marketing. It's the model.
And the joy is on purpose. A jar with your name on it, full of exactly what you like, showing up two days later, is a small, ridiculous, good thing. We think small good things are worth doing well. He did, too.

Goes out First.
10% of net profit is given away before we pay ourselves — not a round-up at checkout, not a campaign, not a good month. It's in the model. It goes to local churches and the ministries they lean on: food pantries, foster and adoption care, and missions.

Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce.
Firstfruits means first, not leftover. So the tenth is the first line in the books every quarter, and the one line nobody on the bench gets to argue about. Every jar you buy carries a tenth of its profit somewhere it's needed.
