For churches

Church Fundraising with Custom Snack Mixes.

Your church builds one jar, puts its name on the label and shares one link. Supporters buy it online; we pack, ship and pay out. The mission trip, the roof, the food pantry — every jar gives.

Groups like your church aim for about 150 jars — $713 raised. Free to start.

a jar, to Grace

  • 01

    It's a Gift, Not a Favor.

People buy a jar for themselves and one for the neighbor they've been meaning to invite. Nobody's buying wrapping paper out of guilt.

  • 02

    It Reaches Past the Pews.

The link travels. The grandmother in Ohio, the college kid two states away, the family that moved last spring — all of them can give, and get something good in the mail.

  • 03

    Nobody Runs a Spreadsheet.

Orders, payments, shipping and the payout are handled. Your dashboard shows what's raised; the treasurer gets a CSV.

The math

What 150 Jars Are Worth.

    The plays

How Groups Like Yours Move Jars.

Most of these take one message and a table.

    The table
    1. 01

Announce it Sunday, text it Monday.

A slide before the sermon with the QR, then the link in the church-wide text. The first twenty jars usually come from the people in the room.

    2. 02

Give the youth group the table.

Order a case at bulk pricing and let the students sell jars in the lobby after service. Same jar, same label; they keep the whole margin.

    3. 03

      Name it after the cause.

"Roof Fund Mix" outsells "Snack Mix" every time. Put the why on the sticker and on the page's one line.

    4. 04

      Make the goal visible.

The progress bar is the sermon illustration. Share the page again when it crosses half — that's when the second wave comes.

    Questions

    The Short Version.

Anything else, hello@crunchclubsnacks.com is a real inbox.

    • Do we need to be a registered nonprofit?

No. Any group with a bank account can run one. Stripe verifies the person who connects the account the way it does for any small business; a 501(c)(3) letter isn't required.

    • Do we have to deliver anything?

No. Every jar ordered through your link is weighed, packed and shipped by us, straight to the supporter, in about 2 business days. If you also want jars to sell in person, order a case at bulk pricing.

    • When does the money arrive?

Sales clear after the refund window, then pay out to your group's bank through Stripe — automatically when you end the fundraiser, or sooner if you ask. Your dashboard shows what's cleared and what's still on hold.

    • Can the church's account receive the payout?

Yes. Whoever connects the bank on Stripe signs for the church — usually the treasurer or an elder — and the account can be the church's operating or designated fund account.
